What type of yoga do you like to practice?


Where is your favorite place to practice yoga?

I love practicing outside or on the beach.

What do you like the most about practicing there?

I love the feeling of calmness and being in tune to nature!

How do you practice yoga off the mat?

I like practicing keeping my balanced. Especially in stressful on less than ideal situations.

The world ends tomorrow. What would you indulge in tonight?

A flight to hawaii to eat at my favorite restaurant.

What was your first experience with yoga?

I took a yin yoga class at my local studio. I definitely loved the practice, and the teacher, she ended up being one of my favorite teachers that I’ve ever taken a class from. She had such an eloquent way of speaking and the poses were thoughtfully put together.

What is your favorite food?

Spaghetti or broccoli!

Imagine you’re on the cover of Yoga Journal. What pose would you strike?

Handstand or hanumanasana (splits!)

If you could practice yoga anywhere in the world, where would it be?

As of now, I’d love to visit Italy or Greece!

What would you say to someone who is on the fence about practicing yoga?

Go for it, it is a life changing practice!

What music are you jamming to right now?

Billie Eilish all through the day!
