Where is your favorite place to practice yoga?
Gardens or cozy studios.
What do you like the most about practicing there?
Nature contact or people’s energy.
The world ends tomorrow. What would you indulge in tonight?
I would stay with people I love, I would have a good conversation somewhere near nature and the sea.
What was your first experience as a yoga teacher?
Private classes with friends in a open space, and after that i teach for some people at studio in Rio de Janeiro – Brazil and classes in a Hotel for guests in IlhaBela – Brazil.
What is your favorite food?
Plant Based Food.

What inspires you to teach yoga?
Share with people a moment to think and feel their own breathing, share the inner sense of peace at the same time that you move your body, massage your organs and feed your mind without having to think about your concerns.
If you could teach yoga anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Here and now
What has been your most embarrassing yoga moment as a teacher or practitioner?
My embarrassing moments always give me experience, that’s why they are so important.
If i can handle with this moments, they are not embarrassing anymore.
What would you say to someone who is on the fence about practicing yoga?
Do it and surrender.
What music are you jamming to right now?
I always love to listen Jack Johnson, Bob Marley and Gayatri Mantra.
What has been the most rewarding thing about being a teaching yoga?
Do one more thing that I love by bringing awareness and heath-being to those who are looking.
