What do you like the most about practicing there?

Silence, connection to my inner child so I can explore more and better my practice, freedom from fear.

How do you practice yoga off the mat?

I practice yoga 24/7 even when I am groceries.

The world ends tomorrow. What would you indulge in tonight?

Bath at the sea or ocean.

What was your first experience as a yoga teacher?

Dealing with an overdose drugged girl 17 years old on the street of New York , lower east side on Sunday morning.

What is your favorite food?

Vegan Thai and Japanese, sometimes raw. Raw desserts.

What inspires you to teach yoga?

Students, the caring of sharing what I know, feel and my practice. At one point you have to start teaching, it’s just an extension of the practice. Come naturally.

If you could teach yoga anywhere in the world, where would it be?

New York

What has been your most embarrassing yoga moment as a teacher or practitioner?

Practicing handstand fell on my chin, or at the very first I remembered I farted suiting final poses and felt so embarrassed.

What would you say to someone who is on the fence about practicing yoga?

Keep doing it. The more you do it, the more everything becomes clear and unrevealed infinite openness.

What music are you jamming to right now?

Chill soft electro music

What has been the most rewarding thing about being a teaching yoga?

See my students growing physically mentally and spiritually of course. Become more aware of their body and their presence in this world.
