What has been your most embarrassing yoga moment as a teacher or practitioner?
I was in a packed class and the teacher cued handstand hops, I remember hopping up the first two times just fine but by the third time I got some hangtime and freaked myself out from the shock of actually being in the air and crashed into a few yogis. Everyone was cool about it and I just laughed it off and got back into the flow.
What would you say to someone who is on the fence about practicing yoga?
