Jen has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She first came to yoga for physical fitness but soon after realized the benefits of yoga far exceed the physical body. Yoga has been a source of deep healing for Jen and she had dreamt of sharing this gift with others for some time. The stars aligned and Jen completed her 200 hour RYT (yoga teacher training) at Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga in San Diego. Jen believes that through yoga, we have the ability to understand and connect with the nature of our true selves and since we are all connected, to understand and connect with one another. Jen’s classes offer a safe space to explore and strengthen your mind, body, and soul connection while also strengthening your physical body through creative sequencing.

Joanie completed her yoga teacher training at Pilgrimage of the Heart in 2016. She now teaches at Pilgrimage as well as Sojourn Healing Collective, specializing in Yin, Prenatal, and Gentle yoga. With a background in massage therapy and reiki, Joanie loves to put together different healing modalities to best help her students and private clients find more ease in their bodies. Joanie aims to make yoga accessible to absolutely everyone who has the desire to try. Surjot Kaur embraced Yoga practice over 24 years ago. She is a mother, writer, and drummer who has completed over 500 hours of Yoga teacher training. She works as an assistant to Yogi Amandeep Singh, a world-renown yogi who leads trainings and yatras in India. Surjot Kaur (pronounced Sir Jote Kawr) is a spiritual name that means the Princess of the Universal Vibration that holds the whole Creation together. Dr. Arezou Ghane is a health psychologist, yoga instructor, dancer, and founder of Auteur Health and Wellness. Jennifer Hudgens has a doctorate in physical therapy as well as being trained as a yoga instructor. In the summer of 2009 her life took and unexpected turn when she was in a bad car accident.
