Yogi Tones Podcast with Lauren Robinson – Gut Health Phase 1

Lauren drops by to give some insight into phase 1 of the gut cleanse. Check it out and enjoy!
During the Activate Phase (10 days) of the  30 cleanse we will fuel up with vegetarian, whole food supplements (vegan available) to ensure we are getting all the essential vitamins and minerals. We will begin to Activate the gut motility by inviting therapeutic grade digestive enzymes in during mealtimes. We will support the body’s natural detoxification process by including 1 drop of lemon essential oil in water and by taking Zendocrine, a detoxifying supplement with cilantro.
This 10 day phase is very nourishing and supportive to the system. The next phase the is the Renew phase, where we do a dive deeper into cleansing and detoxing.
