What do you like the most about practicing yoga?
I’d love to practice more often in studios with others but due to my busy life I mostly practice at home, whenever I get the chance … I’m a mom and full-time (and commuting) worker… you can imagine!
How do you practice yoga off the mat?
Yoga has changed my life in so many ways… yoga is in my mind and heart at all times.
The world ends tomorrow. What would you indulge in tonight?
Hugging and kissing all my loved ones.
What was your first experience with yoga?
My first class was ahaha…shocking! I was just looking for some physical exercise to wake up my body, left for so many years without any training and stressed by wrong postures (working on pc … many hrs a day!), but I found much more…I had no idea! I clearly remember the end of my first class…in savasana. My mind was working a lot and skiing…are you serious? do I have to stay here, laying down and breathing (of course i breathe!) without doing anything? for so long? … I was impatient for it to finish… but that feeling became an awareness … I realized I needed it, I felt better and never left yoga anymore.
What is your favorite food?
Fruit, no doubt!
Imagine you’re on the cover of Yoga Journal. What pose would you strike?
Me on the cover? ok ok let’s just pretend: wheel pose.
If you could practice yoga anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Indonesia probably…I’ve been living there and have great memories.
What would you say to someone who is on the fence about practicing yoga?
Don’t overthink … Just give it a try without prejudice and with the mind opened to possibilities… there’s nothing to lose!

Yes! I always say ‘if you want you can make it’ … because the real power is in mind.
