Morissa Lazar, from Hawaii, began yoga inside the womb and continued the tradition while her son was in-utero. She holds an MBA, currently obtaining a teaching credential in special education, has many years’ experience in the legal industry, and is a PhD candidate. During her corporate experience, she was re-introduced to yoga in 2005 but, it took brain surgery in 2008 to start waking to energy. Morissa believes in the Latin definition of yoga, jungere. She believes yoga is a means to quiet the mind and is more than just physical movement. She is an intuit for healing vibrations. Morissa is the founder of the non profit 501c3 public charity USABY, which provides free Frequency Yoga™ to diverse classes nationwide by teachers certified to teach Frequency Yoga™. Morissa and her son currently reside in California. She is a lover of love and spreads joy through teaching. You can find classes and events at usaby.org.
