Vinyasa Yoga: Dynamic Strength and Flexibility with Ryan Glidden with Live Music by Jonathan Coyle at the San Diego Yoga Festival

Yoga for Strength and Flexibility incorporates slower, longer holds with a faster flowing Vinyasa, moving fluidly from one pose to another. The class emphasizes stretching and strengthening of the legs, core and arms. This class is designed to improve flexibility, physical strength and general conditioning with highly specific cues. The sequence for the class will be created in real time based off of suggestions for attendees. This class will also be accompanied by live music from Jonathan Coyle.
