Kati began practicing yoga 15 years ago as a means to better cope with difficult situations, both physically and psychologically. She is trained by Tim Miller and teaches in a style that she honed while assisting him and practicing under his guidance. Kati is the yoga program director at Mesa Rim Climbing Gym and gave me some great advice when I was trying to get hired (got the gig!) at Mesa Rim. That advice continues to serve me whenever I teach a mock yoga class, listen in and enjoy your day!!
